My main goal is to create a safe and nurturing space for you.
For me, the practice of Yoga, both on the mat and in everyday life, is a space for inner listening; you’ll learn through observing the body, mind and heart, whilst paying special attention to breathing, which makes it easier for us to be present.

A Short Intro
My name is Muriel Azzalini. I became passionate about Yoga more than 10 years ago, in Dubai, where I had the chance to practise with Indian and Sri Lankan instructors. I have attended several retreats and workshops since then, including Hatha Yoga at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health (Massachusetts), Ashtanga Yoga with Manju Jois, and AcroYoga in Madrid.
I became a certified Hatha Yoga teacher at the Escuela Internacional de Yoga (Madrid), a registered Yoga Alliance accredited school, and hold a degree certified by the European Yoga Federation and the Spanish Federation of Professional Yoga. I also graduated in Prenatal Yoga and Pilates.

PRIVATE CLASSES
Available either in the comfort of your home or mine, a private class is ideal to work with you in each pose/exercise and correct your alignment, offer props as a way to benefit and support you in the pose, as well as modifications to help you go deeper, or to back out a little to ensure you are getting the FULL benefit of every pose.
GROUP CLASSES
You also have the option to join me for group classes! I regularly work in different studios in Amstelveen, Netherlands.
SOCIAL
Meet like-minded people and make friends. Training with a mate is great for motivation!
FUN
Training with others creates a fun atmosphere – as they say, time flies when you are having fun!
STYLE
No matter what your style is, there is a class for you. Pilates, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin or Prenatal – everything you desire is under the one roof!
GREAT START
If you haven’t trained for a while or are new to the practice, I'll make sure you know what to do. Take the guess work out of your workout.

FINDING STRENGTH AND STABILITY WHILE PAMPERING YOURSELF
Yoga &/or Pilates with a touch of Ayurveda
Combining Yoga and Pilates is a natural fit because both require to focus on the breath, precise movements, proper alignment and our core muscles as we flow through the workout. The mind-body benefits of fusion workouts include better balance and deeper relaxation. It's a win-win!
I also believe that Yoga teachers should learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, and Yoga students should seek Ayurvedic guidance to enhance their Yoga practice. Therefore I include the use of fresh, vegan products in my practice. Using Ayurveda helps us gain complete harmony and balance in body and mind so that we can discover our true Self that is one with all.
